ABOUT THE ROLE:

Office based role in Stock, Essex

Salary starting at National Living Wage

Full-time: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00

Permanent role, available for an immediate start

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

Receiving and making phone calls, as well as corresponding via email, to customers on service-related topics

Planning and booking customer appointments for our engineers and su-contractors

Placing orders for parts and equipment, and updating our stock list

Uploading engineers' worksheets and processing customer orders

Taking responsibilities for deliveries and checking goods are received

Processing engineers' timesheets, purchase orders and invoices

Project administration alongside your project manager

Other ad hoc administrational duties

ESSENTIALS WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You must be comfortable handling phone calls and talking directly to customers

You must also have a valid UK driving licence and a car (our office is not near a station and is not easily accessible by foot or bus)

DESIRABLE SKILLS YOU'LL HAVE

Proven experience of customer relationship management and/or data processing

Used to working in a team environment where communication is crucial
