Premium: You’ll get the benefits of Basic+ cover, whilst this will also cover the cost of parts (excluding consumables).

Premium+: As well as Premium cover, you’ll have out-of-hours call-outs included plus all consumable parts, such as batteries.

Most businesses will employ the use of an intruder alarm (and potentially also intruder alarm monitoring to call the police if activated) to protect their premises during, for instance, out-of-hours when no one is present on site.

Access control, however, is another way to secure your building, but also during the day-to-day operations of your business – simply by restricting access to only those with a code, fob or card.

A typical key system would do the trick, however going about it the manual, traditional way would entail issuing the correct keys to the right individuals and the right doors/locks, and replacing locks if security is ever breached before reissuing a new set of keys to everyone. Access control saves this hassle as you can simply block a fob, card or code without having to change any locks, plus you can have an electronic record of who’s entered where and when. You can even restrict access to those that are usually authorised at selected times or days if you wanted to.

To install or maintain your access control system, WFP specialists start with a site survey to assess your needs. Our experts will then work with you to design a system that works best for you, taking into consideration the entry points you’d like to cover and which key method would be most suitable, and if you would like this linked to an intruder alarm. We’ll then come every six months or annually, depending on your requirements and preferences, to ensure the system is working efficiently throughout its designed lifespan.
