WFP’s Refund Policy



WFP are happy to exchange or refund any item for you. Any refund or exchange is offered entirely at our own discretion. And you will not be eligible for a refund unless:

  1. The product/service is within 28 days of the date of purchase
  2. The product/service has been unused and in the original condition as when sold
  3. You have your proof of purchase for this product/service

WFP are only able to refund an item in the same way that the purchase was made. In particular, we will need to refund the same credit/debit card used for your original purchase.


Non-Refundable items

WFP are unable to offer refunds for service items if a booking has been made, or the works have been carried out. If the service does not match the description on the website, then you may be entitled to compensation up to the amount paid for that service.


Faulty Items

Where items are of unsatisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or don’t fit their description or listing, WFP will refund or exchange in line with our usual Terms and conditions. These can be found in our quotation documents.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
