Our team is on fire.

Actually, we’re a slightly nerdy and super-tight-knit bunch who like tea and biscuits. Lots of them. We’re also winners of the FSB East of England Awards 2018 Employer of the Year. Employers who look after their staff, in other words.

And we’re into seriously cool engineering that results in people staying safe day after day, and intent upon delivering quality through specialist innovation and top-notch customer service.

If you’re interested in any of the below roles, please email us with your CV and a covering note about why you think you’re right for the role.

Please send a copy of your CV and a note as to why you think you’re right for a particular role to, and we’ll be in touch!

Thank you for showing an interest in working for WFP, and good luck!

It’s pretty simple. We’re focused on three core values here: reliability, honest and professionalism.

See, WFP isn’t like every other fire and security company.

For starters, we offer the most comprehensive training program for our engineers, including in-house practical mentoring with our purpose-built training room and theory-based learning from the Fire Industry Association (FIA), which we are proud members of.

And it really sets us apart. From initial site surveys through to installations, maintenance visits, advice calls and call-outs too, we’re all about the relationship.

That’s why every customer knows the staff on the ground and in the office on a first name basis. Want to be a part of this incredible team? Apply today!

Not sure exactly what we do here? The answer’s “quite a lot”. Feel free to explore the website to find out more, or have a browse of this quick summary of what we do to help our customers.

We design and install bespoke, compliant fire and security solutions to keep our customers (and their customers) safe on site.

Health and safety requirements, regulations and laws are in place to ensure everyone's taking care of their commercial premises and the people who occupy them. We help businesses achieve this compliance.

We teach on-site staff members how to use their systems to help them save time and money on advice calls and call-outs in the future, and to help them feel confident in managing their systems.

We extend the life of our customers’ fire or intruder alarm systems with reliable and ongoing maintenance, so they're always fully protected and secure.

We’re at the other end of our help line 24/7 to offer advice and help whenever customers have a question about their alarm systems, or any part of their fire and security strategy. It's what sets us apart from the rest.

When on-site help’s really needed, we fix technical problems quickly and efficiently (but we’ll always try providing remote advice over the phone first, to save money for our customers).

Join us for the lifestyle, not just the career
