Full-time: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00

Salary will be dependent on experience

Permanent role, available for an immediate start

Field-based role requiring travel around Essex, London & surrounding counties


Reporting to your Operations Manager and Service Desk to manage your daily jobs, from call-outs for repairs and periodical maintenance visits to installation projects, large and small

Advising any remedial works to help us provide quotations, order correct parts and propose a suitable plan of action for customers

Learning from and working with your Technical Director or Project Manager to develop your skill set working on fire, security and CCTV systems, and coordinate on major projects

Building relationships with customers when on-site with them and fixing their problems

Previous experience in engineering within the fire and/or security sector.

As driving is a key part of this job, a valid and clean UK driving licence is essential.


Experience working face-to-face with customers would be advantageous. We pride ourselves on offering a personable approach when on-site carrying out repairs, installations and maintenance visits, so relationship building will be a great skill to both apply and develop here. 

Comfortable handling phone calls, as you'll sometimes be required to offer technical support remotely to customers.

Used to working in a team environment where communication is crucial.
