    WFP offers annual health checks (or more frequent if your business requires it) as part of our CCTV maintenance plan to make sure you’re getting the best out of your system all-year-round. If you already have a system in place then we can help maintain this for you and carry out any necessary repairs with a CCTV camera maintenance contract. If you have a maintenance contract with us, you’ll also benefit from 24-hour telephone support.

    Basic: For simple compliance with industry standards, you’ll get statutory maintenance carried out over the minimum number of required visits. Call-outs are chargeable at the standard rate, and parts supplied at the quoted rate.

    Basic+: In addition to the Basic cover, this level includes the cost of labour for call-outs during normal working hours, and a pre-booked 15-minute training session per visit.

    Premium: You’ll get the benefits of Basic+ cover, whilst this will also cover the cost of parts (excluding consumables).

    Premium+: As well as Premium cover, you’ll have out-of-hours call-outs included plus all consumable parts, such as batteries.
