WFP Feedback Cards

Feedback is one the most important aspects of WFP and as a customer you will know we ask for a lot. This is not because we love hearing how amazing we are (although, it is nice to hear), it is so that we can continually improve. Which benefits our customers massively, along with the heart-warming sense that when we receive feedback, we donate £3 to charity on your behalf. This has led to over £300 being donated in total so far. Thank you for your feedback!

How to carry out your weekly call point test

A short video of James showing how to test your call point. It is something that should be carried out weekly and as shown in the video, it takes less than 2 minutes.

This test must be:

  • carried out each week.
  • recorded after each test in a logbook
  • carried out on a different call point each week

Means we are certified against UK & International standards for security installers as a competent & professional provider.

Means that all the equipment we sell has been tested by an independent 3rd party against UK & International Standards for Safety.

Our Charity Work

WFP partner with 4 charities, there include 2 local and 2 national. Marie Curie is the well-known charity that
many people recognise and supports cancer sufferers, CardiomyopathyUK is another national charity that
supports those with heart muscle problems especially with cardiomyopathy. The J's Hospice is a local
hospice that improves the lives of young adults with life-limiting and threatening conditions, and the Helen
Rollason Charity is dedicated to supporting people whose lives are touched by cancer.

These 4 charities have had quarterly donations since the end of 2015 and this mount has totalled over £200.
We are very proud of the work that we do for charity, but the main influencer on the donation amount are
our customers, they fill in feedback cards and word searches to donate £3 for each one.
