The servicing of installed fire alarm equipment is every bit as important as installing it in the first place. As part of WFP’s service and maintenance package, our representative is happy to visit premises and assist in assessing requirements.
In the case of radio (wire-free) fire alarm maintenance, our engineers are trained to carry out the correct procedure during each maintenance visit, which includes a download of the log from the panel. This is a procedure that is not only recommended by the manufacturer, but is also part of the British Standard requirement, and is a vital element in ensuring that the system is operating safely.
