Our engineers are the face of our business and following a discussion process with the service manager and following feedback from customers the latest commiment awards went to David and Peter.
Barry Leeds said, ‘ Both engineers have been consistent with their commitment to getting the job done and the awards were well deserved!’
WFP are commited to involving all of our people in the constant improvement of the customer experience and our monthly meetings with the engineers are proving fruitful in providing valuable feedback, it was following these meeting and the feedback from customers that the awards were made.
