Ringing the changes - June 2008

In response to requests from our customers, we have changed our telephone and fax numbers to lo-call rates, with a new number solely for out of hours calls. 

Our new numbers are already in use, so please use them from today.  We are enclosing a sticker for attaching to your fire alarm panel, for ease of reference during out of hours.  Our main telephone number in the Stock office will be answered during normal working hours and will revert to our support centre outside these hours, in addition to the 24hr emergency number which is manned 24/7.

All customers will be recieving a copy of the latest WFP "Wire Free Post" newsletter and there will be a sticker attached for the control panel, if you need a copy of this then please call the customer service team on 0845  481 0307
