In response to requests from our customers, we have changed our telephone and fax numbers to lo-call rates, with a new number solely for out of hours calls. Our new numbers are already in use, so please use them from today. We are enclosing a sticker for attaching to your fire alarm panel, for ease of reference during out of hours. Our main telephone number in the Stock office will be answered during normal working hours and will revert to our support centre outside these hours, in addition to the 24hr emergency number which is manned 24/7.
