Fire Safety

Fire Safety is an important part of the buildings management, WFP have launched a Fire Safety campaign listing the questions that the reponsible person should be asking for from their fire and security company;

1. Are they third party Accredited?

2. What level of training do they provide for their engineers and more importantly what is the provision for supporting them onsite?

3. Do they provide 24/7  call out provision?

4. Do they try to help the user fix their problems over the phone saving on call out fees?

5. Are the engineers trained to the FIA (Fire Industry Associaiton) standards?
